1. Introduction

Radiant Harmony provides users with multiple methods to permanently delete their account and associated data. This document outlines the available deletion procedures and explains what happens to your data after deletion.

2. In-App Deletion Method

The fastest way to delete your account is through our mobile application:

1. Open the Radiant Harmony app
2. Sign in to your account
3. Navigate to Settings
4. Scroll to the Account & Profile section
5. Tap "Delete Account"
6. Confirm deletion by selecting "Yes, permanently delete account"

3. Email Request Method

If you're unable to access your account, you can request deletion via email:

1. Send an email to: support[at]radiantharmonyai[dot]com
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. Include the email address associated with your account
4. Our support team will process your request within 30 days

4. Data Deletion Scope

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• User profile and authentication information
• All uploaded photos and analysis results
• App preferences and settings
• Social login connections (Google, Facebook)
• Usage history and saved results

5. Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• All data will be deleted within 30 days of the request
• You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Radiant Harmony again
• Any active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your app store
